Coach Jerry Bittner is entering his 19th year as head coach. Under his leadership, NICS has won the MCL 13 times and won the end of year tournament 13 times, wining the last 6 years in a row! The girls basketball program here at NICS is growing and there is great excitement for the coming school year! Jerry also coaches our Junior High team who won the MCL tournament this year as well. In conjunction with our high school teams, we have a 5-6th grade basketball team in order to continue developing young players. The varsity girls went 23-3 and won the MCL tournament this year, and the Junior High went 7-3 and also finished second the MCL tournament.
